The Lady-Datejust is the 28 mm Datejust, with the same date window and Cyclops lens as the larger sizes. Current references (the 2791xx series) use the caliber 2236 and come in Rolesor and gold, often with diamond-set dials or bezels.

Diamond settings should be factory-original: the full reference and the warranty card state whether a bezel or dial was set by Rolex. Aftermarket stones lower the value.
