When you contact us, send an enquiry or a valuation request, subscribe to our newsletter or place an order, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the content of your message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
Your shopping bag is stored in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies.
