How we check every watch.
Every watch we sell is checked by our specialist before it ships. If a watch doesn’t pass, we don’t sell it.
What every listing tells you
- The manufacturer’s reference number and our own item number.
- The condition, graded the same way on every watch (see below).
- Whether the original box and papers are included, and the year where it is known.
- The full specifications: case, dial, movement, calibre and water resistance.
How we grade condition
- New
- Brand new and never worn, as supplied.
- Unworn
- Never worn. It may have been stored or displayed, but shows no signs of use.
- Very good
- Lightly worn with at most very faint signs of use; close to new.
- Good
- Worn, with visible but normal signs of use for its age.
From us to you
- Every shipment is fully insured for its value until it reaches the FedEx location nearest to you.
- You collect it in person with a photo ID that matches the name on the order, so it never sits at a door.
- You have 5 days to return it. Read the refund policy.
