Return window
- Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the date you picked up your watch.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to returns that are not caused by a defect or shipping damage.
- The watch must be returned in its original condition, unworn beyond trying it on, with all tags, labels, papers and boxes it came with.
How to return a watch
Contact us first at (404) 850-4879 · WatchflixNYC@gmail.com. We will confirm your return and explain how to send the watch back safely and insured.
Refunds
Once your watch arrives and we have checked its condition, we process your refund or exchange within 7 days and confirm it by email.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take one to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Defective or damaged watches
If your watch arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us right away. We will arrange a refund or exchange, and no restocking fee applies.
