2. Using this website
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
- The information you give us must be accurate and complete.
- You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to access data that is not meant for you.
3. Our watches
Our watches are new, unworn or pre-owned, as stated on each product page. Most are one of a kind, so availability can change at any time.
We describe and photograph every watch as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens, and occasional errors in descriptions can happen; if we find one, we will tell you before your order ships.
Brand names and model names are trademarks of their owners. We are an official retailer for Rolex. For all other brands we are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, or authorised by, the manufacturer.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Some watches are offered on a price-on-request basis.
- Prices can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
- If a watch is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Applicable sales taxes and duties are shown or confirmed at checkout.
5. Orders
An order is a request to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if the watch is no longer available, if we cannot verify your identity or payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
6. Shipping and risk
Shipping works as described in our Shipping policy. Shipments are insured until they reach the FedEx pickup location; responsibility for the watch passes to you when you collect it.
7. Returns
Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund policy.
8. Authenticity and warranties
Every watch we sell is certified authentic. Any manufacturer's warranty that applies is stated on the product page.
Except for what is stated on the product page and in these terms, and to the extent the law allows, watches are sold without further warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Content and intellectual property
The text, design and graphics of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
11. Other websites and services
The site may link to or use third-party services, such as payment providers and shipping carriers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do.
12. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
