Does your watch need a service?
- It gains or loses noticeably more time than it used to.
- It stops, or the power reserve is much shorter than it should be.
- The crown, date or chronograph feels rough or does not work properly.
- There is moisture or fog under the crystal.
- It has not been serviced for many years: most brands recommend a service every 5 to 10 years.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a watch service cost?
It depends on the watch, its movement and its condition, so we give you a free quote first. Nothing is done until you approve it.
How long does a service take?
Usually 2–4 weeks from the moment you approve the quote.
Is there a warranty on the service?
Yes. The work we do is covered by a 12-month warranty. It does not cover accidents, impacts or water damage after the crown was left open, or later work by someone else.
How do I send my watch?
Request a quote and we explain how to send it safely, fully insured, from anywhere in the US. In Los Angeles you can also drop it off at 605 S Hill St..
Which watches do you service?
Luxury mechanical watches, automatic and hand-wound. Tell us the brand, model and reference when you request a quote.
My watch is still under the manufacturer's warranty. Should I send it to you?
While a manufacturer's warranty is still running, we recommend the brand's own service for warranty repairs, as work by others can affect that warranty. Once it has expired, we are happy to help.
How will I get my watch back?
We ship it back fully insured and send you the tracking details, or you can collect it at the LA store.
