About the Rolex GMT-Master II
The GMT-Master was created in 1955 for airline pilots; the GMT-Master II of 1982 added an independently set hour hand for a second time zone, read on the 24-hour bezel. Current references use the caliber 3285.
Color combinations on the bezel (for example blue and red, or blue and black) define the reference. Check that the bezel turns in both directions with crisp clicks and that the jumping hour hand sets correctly.
