About the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak

The Royal Oak, designed by Gérald Genta and launched in 1972, introduced the luxury steel sports watch: an octagonal bezel with eight visible screws, an integrated bracelet and the "Tapisserie" pattern on the dial.

Check the bracelet for stretch and the bezel edges for polishing, which softens the sharp brushed and polished surfaces the design depends on.
