About Zannetti
Zannetti is a family workshop in Rome. Riccardo Zannetti, a third-generation craftsman, made his first watch under the family name in 1982, and the workshop still produces in small series rather than in volume.
What sets the watches apart is the dial work, decorated by hand, on mechanical watches with automatic movements. The range runs from 36 mm dress watches to large dive watches.
Signature models
- Regent
- The 42 mm steel automatic that makes up the largest part of the range, with hours, minutes and seconds on a decorated dial.
- Piranha
- The dive watch: most versions are 51 mm in steel and water resistant to 500 m; a smaller 41 mm version also exists.
- Magnificum
- A 47 mm steel watch, as a three-hand model or a chronograph with date.
- Time of Drivers
- A 40 mm steel line, mostly chronographs.
- Gladiatore and Palatino
- The Gladiatore is a 43 to 44 mm watch offered in steel, bronze and gold; the Palatino is the 36 mm dress watch.
What to know before you buy
- Sizes differ widely between lines, from 36 mm to 51 mm: check the diameter on the listing before anything else.
- Water resistance also differs: 30 m or 50 m on the dress lines, 500 m on most Piranha models.
- Dials are decorated by hand, so two watches of one reference are not always identical. Ask us for live photos of the watch you would receive.
