About Fears

Fears traces its history to Bristol, England, where it was founded in 1846. The company stopped trading in the twentieth century and was relaunched in 2016 by Nicholas Bowman-Scargill, the great-great-great-grandson of the founder.

Its best-known watch, the Brunswick, takes its cushion-shaped case from a Fears watch of 1924.

Signature models

Brunswick: The cushion-cased watch, in 38 mm and 40 mm versions, hand-wound or automatic depending on the model.
Redcliff: A round 39.5 mm automatic.
