About Breitling

Breitling was founded in 1884 by Léon Breitling in Saint-Imier and moved to Grenchen, where it is still based. The brand built its name on chronographs, including early independent pushers for the chronograph function.

Its Navitimer of 1952 added a slide rule to the bezel for pilots' calculations. Since 2009 Breitling has made its own chronograph movement, the B01.
