About Armin Strom
Armin Strom opened a workshop in Burgdorf, Switzerland, in 1967 and made his name skeletonizing movements by hand. In 2006 the Michel family took a majority share, and Serge Michel and watchmaker Claude Greisler turned the name into a manufacture, which opened in Biel in 2009.
Since then the company has made its own movements and shows them openly on the dial side. Its best-known watch, the Mirrored Force Resonance of 2016, uses two balance wheels linked by a spring so that they beat in step.
